I started out at Dentons, one of the largest firms in the world, before cutting my teeth as in-house counsel in New York working real estate and business deals for companies like WeWork and VTS. Eventually I brought all that experience home to run things my mom’s way: real attention on every file, no hand-offs.

Outside General Counsel for Business Owners and Investors
For a small roster of companies, I’m the lawyer they call first — not for one transaction, but for whatever landed on their desk that week. Forming the entity. Papering a partnership. Raising or making an investment. Employment questions. The contract nobody wants to read. A dispute that needs to be resolved before it turns into litigation. And eventually, for some of them, selling the business itself.
That roster looks like this: real estate brokerages, advertising companies, Amazon delivery service partners, professional practices, and a couple of owner-operators who between them run more businesses than I can list here. I also serve as outside counsel to a national brand-management company. Business work follows the company, not the state line — these clients are based in New Jersey, in New York, and well outside both. I’m admitted in New Jersey and New York.
